
Frank T. Harrison
Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer
Biography
Frank Harrison serves as Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer of Holborn.
He joined the firm in 1989 as an Assistant Vice President, and progressed steadily through successive appointments as Senior Vice President (1996), Chief Operating Officer (1999), Executive Vice President (2001) and President (2004). He was named Chairman in 2012.
Frank began his career at Sten-Re in 1983, where he started in the Reinsurance Accounting Department. He worked for two years at Sten-Re and then for four years at Cole, Booth, Potter after the merger of the two reinsurance broker firms. In 1985, he transferred to the broking staff and rose to the position of Assistant Vice President.
Frank received his B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Strategic Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. A former world class decathlete and competitor in the Olympic Decathlon trials, Frank now serves on the board of the U.S. Athletic Trust, a non-profit organization that raises money for aspiring Olympic athletes.

Timothy Amman
Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Director
Biography
Timothy Amman is an Executive Vice President and Holborn’s Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for all financial matters of the firm, including strategic financial planning, corporate accounting, financial reporting and account services.
He joined Holborn in 2020 from Goldman Sachs, where he was a Managing Director and held a number of roles within the firm’s Controllers team since 2008. Most recently, he was the North America Legal Entity Controller and Controller of Goldman Sachs Bank USA. During his time at the firm, he also led the competitor financial analysis function as well as firmwide SEC and public earnings reporting. Previously, he worked at JPMorgan Chase in several financial and operational roles within Investment Bank Finance and Risk. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, he was a manager in the broker-dealer audit practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in New York.
He holds a B.S. from Bucknell University and an MBA from Columbia University. He is a Certified Public Accountant in NY.

Chuck Chamness
Biography
Chuck served 18 years as President and CEO of the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC), a property/casualty insurance trade association with more than 1,500 member companies. Through the combination of advocacy, public policy and member services, Chuck helped position NAMIC as the leading U.S. property/casualty insurance trade association. During his NAMIC tenure, Chuck served as chair of NAMIC Insurance Company, a professional liability insurer, Chair of the St Baldrick’s Foundation (the nation’s largest private funder of pediatric cancer research grants) and as a board member of the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety.
Chuck has testified before U.S. House and Senate committees on insurance-related topics ranging from the Dodd-Frank Act to Hurricane Katrina. Before joining NAMIC, he worked for ten years in Washington, D.C., including serving in the George H.W. Bush administration as Deputy Assistant Secretary for public affairs under HUD Secretary Jack Kemp.
In addition to Holborn, Chamness serves on the boards of a primary insurance company and an independent rating bureau. He holds a B.A. from Indiana University, Bloomington and received the Bicentennial Medal for distinguished service to the university in 2020.

Alvin M. Cheslow
Biography
Alvin is an attorney and partner with the law firm Drescher & Cheslow. He has been with the law firm over forty years after having first joined as an associate. Alvin’s law firm represents individuals, partnerships, LLCs and corporations in a wide range of matters including business transactions, estate planning, probate and trust administration, real estate matters and financial planning.
Alvin is a member of the Board of Directors of Riding High Farm, an equestrian program for special needs individuals, and has served with other philanthropic organizations including The New Jersey Council on Developmental Disabilities and the Regional Family Support Planning Council.
Alvin has a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Yeshiva University, a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University, and a Master of Laws in Taxation degree from NYU. He is licensed to practice law in N.Y., N.J. and Florida. Alvin is a Certified Financial Planner and a member of The Financial Planning Association.

Brian Clouse
Biography
Brian is a member of the Mazars USA LLP Executive Board and is the firm’s National Audit Service Line Leader with responsibility for unifying the attest practice across all regions in the U.S. Brian also leads the firm’s Insurance Practice, delivering audit, financial, management and consulting services to insurance and reinsurance companies, captives, and risk-retention groups.
He has more than 20 years of experience comprised of GAAP and statutory financial statement audits, financial and operational restructuring, forensic accounting investigations and litigation support. He began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP in the New York City and Hamilton, Bermuda offices, and then held positions at CIGNA and PMA Holdings prior to joining the firm. He has a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Accounting from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

Adam P. Manus, ARe
President and Chief Brokerage Officer, Director
Biography
Adam Manus joined Holborn in 1993, and currently serves as President and Chief Brokerage Officer and Director.
Adam previously served as Executive Vice President, where he focused on leading client relations, new business production, and served as head of analytics. In addition, Mr. Manus has been key in steering the Firm’s strategic planning.
Adam graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Hamilton College, with a B.A. in Economics. He earned an M.B.A. at New York University’s Stern School of Business, and is an Associate in Reinsurance. Mr. Manus previously served on the Board of New York Road Runners, organizers of the NYC Marathon, and is a proud inaugural shavee of the St. Baldrick’s Foundation.

Jaclyn Nesheiwat Stapp
Biography
Jaclyn serves as a spokesperson, motivational speaker, and active philanthropist advocating on behalf of children faced with challenges of bullying, mental health, and education. She is the CEO and Founder of CHARM (Children Are Magical), a charitable organization which aims to heighten awareness of today’s social challenges facing children while providing resources and tools to promote education and growth for each respective child and their families.
In addition to her advocacy work, Jaclyn is an award-winning book author. She also serves as the Director of Communications for the 'With Arms Wide Open' Foundation founded by her husband Scott Stapp, the Grammy-winning composer of Creed. She is also Vice President and COO of SS Touring LLC, International concert touring.
Earlier in her career, Jaclyn served as Miss New York, USA traveling to Baghdad, Iraq speaking to U.S. troops and the Women’s Coalition Provision Group on gender rights. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communication from Stetson University. Jaclyn and her husband are parents to three children and the title that she is most proud of is that of wife and mother.
