As a result of Holborn’s 2013 merger with W. J. Lehrke Co., Tom Lehrke now serves as an Executive Vice President and Director of Holborn, and is based in the Minneapolis office. He joined the Lehrke organization in 1973, working in accounting and as a facultative broker.
Tom ultimately became the company’s president in 1998, upon the retirement of his father, founder Walter Lehrke. He continues to manage a number of Midwest accounts.
Mr. Lehrke attended the University of Colorado, where he earned a B.S. degree in marketing, and Michigan State University, where he was granted an M.B.A. degree. He is a contributing author on the topic of aggregate/stop loss reinsurance for Strain Publishing.
