Holborn Corporation’s Board of Directors unanimously approved a motion to elevate Peter Beckman to the Company’s Board at its most recent meeting. Mr. Beckman joined Holborn in 2019 as its Executive Officer, reporting to Frank Harrison, Holborn’s Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. In addition to his responsibilities on Holborn’s Board of Directors, including being named to the Board’s Compensation, Audit and ESOP committees, Mr. Beckman will continue to serve as Holborn’s Corporate Secretary and Executive Officer, reporting to Mr. Harrison.
