9:04 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. Finding our staff, visitors and families;
Advised staff probably better to stay put, but to leave if they felt safer (a common response)
12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. Evacuating
5:00 p.m. - Loss of power in building, shutting vmail and email
8:00 p.m. - Confirmed all staff safely home
September 12th Client and staff conferences on phone
September 13th to 16th Off-site meetings
September 15th First access to building (through National Guard checkpoints )
