August Wolf serves as a member of Holborn?s Board of Directors, which he joined in 1998. He is an investment professional at Lazard Asset Management LLC, managing client relationships with Insurers, Reinsurers, and non-financial corporations in all product areas.

August has over 25 years experience in the fixed income, equity, and alternative investment markets. His career started in 1983 at Kidder Peabody, and included tenures at Deutsche Bank, Paine Webber, and most recently BNP Paribas.

August graduated summa cum laude from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public Affairs at Princeton University with an A.B. degree in 1983. He was a member of the 1984 U.S. Olympic Team in Track and Field, and a two-time U.S. champion in the shot-put. He is also the President and Founder of U.S. Athletic Trust, a non-profit corporation supporting America's Olympic athletes.
